Additional Comments:Some teachers expressed
concerns that earlier in the year she did not
always attend their classes to provide
assistance to students with intellectual
delays. However, since Lindy did not have
one single student to attend to she was often
pulled to fill in where there was difficulty or
a sick E.A. and middle school teachers were
not always informed.

Evaluators Comments: Lindy had a difficult assignment of working with multiple students and a
variety of teachers this year. There were some reported concerns which when addressed Lindy
improved in these areas. She is a hard worker who takes initiative to find work when she is not
busy. Lindy could often be relied upon to help reorganize E.A. breaks and lunches when E.A.s
were out sick or on field trips. She organized school clothing purchases for students and staff.
Often she was called upon to replace missing E.A.s or to go where there was an increased need.
These tasks she did willingly and without complaint. Also she helped support students who had a
difficult time staying on top of their assignments and notes. This was a huge support to the
middle school L.A. and Science teachers.
