Please accept this letter as a reference for Miss Morgan Christie
Morgan has worked in England for Engage Education since September 2014. Morgan has developed into a
fantastic teacher and given the strains, workload and the pressures that the English curriculum overloads
teachers with, she has received glowing feedback from school deputies and head principals that she has
reported directly to.
Morgan has worked in a variety of schools, working through all key stages from foundation stage to key
stage 2. Morgan has received great feedback from every school and was inundated with schools requesting
her services.
The schools Morgan has worked in are of a mixed social economic background and very diverse. She has
worked in some graded outstanding schools but has also relished in schools that are graded satisfactory in
lower socio-economic communities.
Morgans main responsibilities in her first year on supply on which she gained positive feedback were:
Perform essential classroom duties in multiple primary, junior high, and special
education classrooms and schools throughout London and area.
Very Punctual and reliable always ready and prepared to start class before the bell.
Morgan has been noted to stay past this time to make a conscientious effort to
leave the class in the best shape possible.
Develop and maintain positive interactions with students, parents, faculty, and
administrators, building a rapport and gaining respect and trust to ensure a positive
classroom environment.

On a personal note, Morgan has been a pleasure to work with has always gone above and beyond and fully
deserves whatever comes her way.

Morgan should be very proud of herself and the teacher that she is becoming.
