Kami membangun pabrik peleburan tembaga (smelter)

pertama di Indonesia, yaitu PT Smelting tahun 1996.
Kami memasarkan konsentrat dengan harga pasar
berdasarkan kontrak jangka panjang dengan sejumlah
smelter internasional, dan akan tetap menghormati
kontrak-kontrak tersebut. Apabila ada pembangunan
smelter baru di Indonesia, maka kami akan membuka
peluang bisnis berdasarkan ketentuan pasar. Kontrak
kerja kami menetapkan bahwa kami memiliki hak untuk
mengekspor produk kami untuk dijual tanpa batasan
apapun atau pembebanan pajak.

We built the first smelter in Indonesia, PT Smelting in

1996. We sell concentrate at market price to several
international smelters based on long-term contracts,
and will continue to honor these contracts. When new
smelters are built in Indonesia, we will be open to doing
business with the smelters based on market terms and
conditions. Our contract of work entitles us to export
of our products without restriction or imposition of
duties.
