Re: Health and Safety Concerns Emerging at 101 Peter Street
Mr. Hoffman:
Thank you in advance for your time on this matter.
I'm a resident at 101 Peter Street and I'm concerned about the current health and safety situation on
this site due to an extended period of interrupted elevator service.
My question is straight forward:

Who is responsible and when will this serious situation be fixed or the risks mitigated?

Please see attached for correspondence shared with my landlord and FirstService Residential.
Also, you will find attached a news release that will be sent on the morning of Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
These two attachments should provide any background information you require to answer the above
question.
After approximately three weeks, I think it's a reasonable next step to begin an open, honest, public
dialogue until a solution is found - and fast.
I will be communicating regularly with City officials, city desk reporters and producers, and
representatives within the built and real property community across Toronto.
I trust you will be able to provide an amenable solution timeline as soon as possible or direct my
correspondence appropriately.
Any clarification or direction you can provide will be appreciated. Please keep our correspondence on
this matter in writing.
Finally, if you would be so kind please acknowledge receipt of this e-mail.
With Regards,
Martin Canning
