To

Whom It May Concern:

I have had the opportunity to serve as a supervisor to Elizabeth Reinaker for the
past four years. That time has allowed me the opportunity to observe her passion
for people first hand. Elizabeth possesses an innate understanding of people, and a
natural curiosity that has equipped her to succeed in her current role as a
therapeutic support staff, and will serve her well as she continues to pursue further
education for a career in the mental health and human services field. Elizabeth
approaches her role with strong knowledge base, but is always aware that she is
working with people, being cautious not to view her clients merely as a project or
problem to solve. She also does her work with excellence, frequently going above
and beyond the call of duty to provide the families and clients she serves with the
best service possible.

Elizabeth has a clear picture of where her giftedness and passions meet, which
seems rare in comparison to others in similar positions. She is open about her
desire to further her education to ensure that she is properly equipped to pursue
her goal of meeting the needs of children and families affected by Autism Spectrum
Diagnoses. She is focused and determined to pursue whatever steps are necessary
to provide the foundation to move her toward this goal.

Elizabeth also exhibits remarkable character. She is dependable, and conducts
herself with integrity. She is kind and considerate, looking to meet the needs of
others. Her strong character becomes evident in her work, and the high level of
competency she displays across all settings.

Elizabeth Reinaker would be an asset to your school, representing you well as she
impacts the lives of others. I strongly recommend her for candidacy in your
program.

Sincerely,
