    Dear Jonathan Smith:

    It is with sincere regret that I must inform you that your current position in the
    JPMorgan Chase branch will be terminated as of June 31st due to usage of the
    following social networking sites: Facebook and MySpace. By company policy, we
    ban the use of these sites from employees during the work day in the office, yet you
    made the decision to disregard those rules.

    Your choice has lead to the decision that you will no longer be permitted to work for
    any branch of JPMorgan Chase throughout the U.S. All branches have been notified
    of your termination and will be prohibited to hire you.

    You are required to leave and return the office materials by the 31st or serious
    consequences will follow. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the
    JPMorgan Chase headquarters or your local branch employer.
