Problems:

Properly reporting inventory and hours

Low morale and high turnover

Solution:

Program will automatically log inventory

Employees will use it for schedules, time off and daily clocking in/out
procedures
Cash register will sync with program and employees will use id cards to log
in/out of each register
Will also provide other same metrics and time metrics that can be
incentivized to build morale and motivate employees

ADDIE!
I chose to use the ADDIE model to specify my written plan for completing this project.
Using ADDIE made it very easy for me to address what would be handled at each stage of
the project. At certain points after I would review this with the stake holder, my ADDIE
method will turn a little more into AGILE due to constantly reviewing and updating my
plan but I chose to begin with the ADDIE model, complete it and then review and make
changes.
