The aim of this study is to analyze whether
screening of service officers prior to
allotment of AFP course would serve the
purpose of better comprehension of
subjects being taught at IIMA.

There is a requirement of applicants for AFP
course to undergo a screening test for
selection to the course in order to ensure

being taught at IIMA.

The existing system of selecting participants
for the AFP course leads to varying levels
of comprehension.
There is a necessity of having a different
selection criteria that would ensure similar
levels of comprehension.
A screening test to assess aptitude and
analytical skills would ensure the above.
