ProjectDescription:

This project aims at constructing a full fledged auido

player with all the basic functionalities along with providing the
provision for cutting a audio and splicing different audio files.

One of the fundamental function is cutting a audio file and the

user can choose the starting and ending time of the auido from which
he wants to cut.The other one is the option for splicing two different
audio files as the user can give the respective parts of both audio files
which he wants to splice.
The other functionalities include increasing or decreasing the speed
at which the audio plays,changing the format of the audio suited to the
environemt. we will be trying to provide options to an audio to make it
suitable to a wide range of people by adjusting relative intensity of
different frequency components.

This project includes study on the way audio signals are

interpreted in matlab and the methods to manipulate them with and
without using functions in matlab.The study also includes various
methods for sampling audio and their quality. Wewilltrytofind

parametersofanaudiothatmostpeopleareaversetoandwilltryto
reducetheeffectofthose.
