Study Piece Stand By Me

This is the famous soul standard Stand By Me transposed into the key of C for ease of
playing. We're using inversions to move efficiently between the I, vi, IV & V chords and as well as
using root notes in the left hand we're using notes from the C major scale to help move smoothly
between the chords and produce the distinctive and famous bass line.
Possible the trickiest element is the rhythm as both left hand and right hand will be playing
different parts of the rhythm. The best way to get to grips with it is by counting out each eighth
