Upper Merion School District

provides their students with a
laptop that they can take
home. Each laptop has in it a
security feature that can
allow the district to take a
picture of whomever is using
the computer. Students were
not told of this feature. Bad
judgment or an illegal act?

opportunities than they
otherwise would have
had.
