VERY URGENT MOTION TO RESET

COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court
most respectfully states:
1. This case is set for hearing tomorrow, August 11, 2015 at 8:30 in
the morning;
2. However, the undersigned counsel is also set to appear in the cases
of People vs. Manzano for Frustrated Murder (which is set for
promulgation) and People vs. Villasan for Frustrated Murder
(continuation of Trial) ALL at the RTC Branch 59, San Carlos City
on the same date;
3. That he has no other recourse but to ask the indulgence of this
Honorable Court to reset the hearings of the aforementioned cases
preferably on the following dates: September 8, October 13, and
or November 10, 2015.
4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings but on
account of the circumstances cited.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the hearing of
these cases set on September 8, October 13, and or November 10, 2015 at
8:30 in the morning.

Other relief that is just and equitable are likewise prayed for under the
circumstances.
