Remove and replace soffit with 1/2" cdx plywood and paint to match existing SF 8.00
Remove and replace T-111 siding and paint to match existing SF 132.00
Seal concrete cracks on stairwell landing to prevent water intrusion with NP1 sealant LF 30.00

Building 4 Breezways
Remove and replace T-111 siding and paint to match existing SF 132.00
Seal concrete cracks on stairwell landing to prevent water intrusion with NP1 sealant LF 20.00

Building 12 Sidewalks and Breezway

Remove and replace concrete sidewalk SF 63.00
Remove and replace T-111 siding and paint to match existing SF 132.00
Seal concrete cracks on stairwell landing to prevent water intrusion with NP1 sealant LF 20.00

Clean up:
HB Southern will maintain debris removal throughout the day with a complete pickup of all debris at the end of each
work day.

Completion Schedule:
HB Southern will complete the project within 7 calendar days from start of construction.
**HB Southern cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather.

Exclusions:
Any work not described in the attached scope of work
Lead Paint or Asbestos Surveys or Abatement

Warranty:
1 year for all materials and workmanship
