BARKATULLAH UNIVERSITY, BHOPAL apdsedt fazatrerera, sare COMMON ENTRANCE TEST 2014 (For Admission in Ph.D. and M.Phil Programmes) (as per the UGC Regulation-2009) NOTIFICATION The University will conduct a Common Entrance Test for admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. Programmes on 23-08-2014 as per Revised Ordinances No. 20 and 14 respectively. ‘The Entrance Test shall comprise of one Multiple Choice Objective type Question paper having 100 question of one mark each. covering all the basic papers or the post Graduate level of the concemed subject Eligible candidates desirous.of seeking admission to the above programmes are required to submit their appliction on perscribed form with the requiste fee of Rs. 2500/- (Two Thousand five Hundred) for each programme by demand Draft drawn in fayour of Registrar Barkatullah University Bhopal The form can be downloaded University’s website www.bubhopal.nic.in ‘ The duly filled Appliction form alongwith supportive documents and fee should be be submited/sent to the office of the Registrar University Bhopla on or before 31 July 2014 Candidates who have qualified in National Level Test such and NET/GATE ete. and State Level test such as MPSLET acereedued by the UGC or teacher fellowship holders or holders of MPhil Degree through an Entrance Test shall be exempted from the entrance test of Ph.D. However such candidates will have to necesairly apply in the prescribed form and submit the fee of Rs. 2500/- for admission to Ph.D programme and appear for Interview. Minimum qualifiction for admission to Ph.D and MPhil Programmes are laid down in the Revised Ordinances No. 14 and 21 Respectively. Candidates desirous for applying in more than one prpgramme/subject should use separate form and submit the fee accordingly. Reservation will be applicable as per the State Govt's Reservation Policy.
