If you found any destroy or loss attachment, please don't open the UPS and contact our sales agent or us. 2.2 INSTALL THE INPUT, OUTPUT AND GROUNDING WIRES. L.ATTENTION INFORMATION WHEN INSTALLATION 1)The install area must keep ventilated and far from water, combusti ble gas & corrosive. 2)Don't lie up skew. The air vent of front faceplate, back cover plate and body side should keep clearance. (Keep the UPS away from around thing at least 0.5 meters.) 3)Maybe there will appear some frozen water drop if the UPS is installed when low temperature, To avoid electric shock, please install & use it up to the inner & outer of UPS are dry enough, 2.INSTALLATION It should be installed by the professional person as per the local electrical laws & regulations and the below distribute specification. For safety, please pay attention to put the AC power switch off before installation. If the UPS is long function machine, you also need to put the battery power switch off. 1)Open the terminal block cover of rear panel (You can check the schematic diagram of appearance.) 2)1£ 6K(S) UPS, please use UL1015 10AWG (6mm!) wire or the others same size wires as the input and output wire; If 10K(S)/3 Phase 10KS. UPS, please use UL1015 8AWG (10mm?) wire or the others same size wires as the input and output wire of UPS machine. Attention: Forbidden use the socket which it's rated current less th the maximum input current of UPS as input power for UPS, otherwise the socket will be destroy. (Refer to the specification 1.4) ~~ 2, INSTALLATION & OPERATION 3)As per the below diags and the output termi connect the input & output wire to the input input terminal, output wire and output terminal very stable, 4)If 6K(S) UPS, please use UL1015 10AWG (6mm) yellow and green double col or wire connect the input protection terminal to the safe area: furthermore, connect the output protection terminal to the protection area of load facility. If 10K(S)/3 Phase 10KS UPS, please use UI1015 8AWG (10mm*) yellow and green double col or wire connect the input protection terminal to the safe area: furthermore, connect the output protection terminal to the protection area of load facility. If 3 Phase 15K(S)/3 Phase 20KS UPS, please use UL1015 AWG (25mm') yellow ‘and green double col or wire connect the input protection terminal to the safe area: furthermore, connect the output protection terminal to the protection area of load facility. 5) Itmust check if the connection is correct after installation 6) Ifwant to install the EL CB/RCB, please install it to the output wire of UPS, 7) It must close the load facility firstly if the UPS with load, and then ‘open the load facility item by item. 8) Whether the input power wire insert the plug or not, the output of UPS possible have electricity: and the inside components also possible have the electricity after the UPS was closed. This series UPS all adopt 20 pieces rated voltage 12V DC same capacity battery. parallel to 240V DC is one group. it can parallel connect several baltery group, but each battery group can not connect moreor less quantity battery to avoid abnormal situation 2. The battery connect wire of 6KS/10KS/3 Phase 10KS, one terminal isplug for connect the UPS and another terminal isthree individual wires for connect the battery group. The 3 Phase ISKS/20KS use the same input and output wire. The battery connect processes is very important. iff do not obey it, it wil have the danger of electric shock. So please strict do it as per the below step 1) Tum the battery group switch OFF, and parallel 20 purchase bateries. ~7~ 2. INSTALLATION & OPERATION ——|—|—|—————— 2) Battery wires connect the battery terminal firstly, (forbidden connect the UPS firstly, otherwise have danger of clectric shock). Battery Positive pole connect wire: 6KS use red wire, 10KS or 3 Phase 10KS use brown wire and blue wire parallel connect: battery negative pole Connect wire: 6KS use black wire, 10KS/3 Phase L0KS use black wire and white wire parallel connect; the yellow and green double col or wireis grounding wire. it connect with the metal case of battery cabinet; The 3 Phase 15KS/20KS need to use UI1015 GAWG(25mm') yellow and green double col or wire to connect the UPS grounding terminal and batiery cabinet. 3. Connect the battery wire plug and UPS battery socket, UPS do not connect the load firstly, connect the input AC power wire and then turn the input breaker to ON position, and UPS automatic charge for battery. Redundancy Specification N4X si the advance stable power structure. N means the mini UPS quantity for full load, X means the quantity of Redundancy UPS. The quantity of X is larger. the stable ability of system will be higher. Sothe N+X is the best way for the high stable requirements area. ‘team parallel max. 3 units UPS through wire up to power redundancy (N+X). 2. Parallel Installation 1) Install the parallel wire, user need to purchase the standard 25 pin Parallel wire(25 cores, parallel pin, with shield), the length should beless than 3 M, 2, INSTALLATION & OPERATION SS 2) Each UPS input wire according to the wire arrangement of single UPS. 3) Each UPS output wire connect to the output terminal block, and then distribute the wire to load through the terminal block. 4) Must dismantle the short connect wire of input and output terminal block. 5) Each UPS should be connecting the individual battery. 6) Parallel distribute wire way, please refer to the below schematic diagram. OPERATION/MAINTENANCE 1) General operation same as the operation of single UPS; 2) Start UPS: Every UPS will turn to the Inverter Mode at the same time, when start the UPS item by item on AC Power Bypass Mode. UPS started by AC POWER 1) After finish all connection correctly, first put the INPUT BREAKER to the ON position, the fan will be running, UPS supply the power through bypass, UPS is working on bypass mode now. 2) Start the UPS through press the start key up to 1 second. Then start the inverter. 3) The UPS will self inspect as soon as it was started. Meanwhile, all the indicator of overload/battery will light and then blank off from the bottom up. The indicator of inverter will light after several minutes and the UPS already work AC Power Mode now. And the UPS will turn to the Battery Mode if the AC Power abnormal. 2.UPS started by DC Power 1) If haven not AC power input, press the start key up to | second to start the UPS directly. (If long function UPS, please be sure the batteries switch on.) 2) The operate process is same as the start by AC Power. But the AC Power Indicator blank off and the Battery Indicator are lighting. 3.Clase the UPS when on AC Power Mode 1) Press the close key up to 1 second to close the UPS. 2) The UPS will self inspect when close. All the indicator of overload or battery will light and then blank out step by step at the moment. The Inverter Indicator also will blank out. The UPS work on Bypass Mode now. 3) The UPS still have bypass output after finish the above step. Ifyou want the UPS haven't any output, you just need to close the AC Power, ‘The UPS will first self inspect and ail the indicator of overload or battery will light and then blank out step by step. At last, the faceplate hasn't any indicate and the UPS haven't any output voltage. 4.Close the UPS when on Battery Power Mode 1) Press the close key up to 1 second to turn off the UPS. 2) The UPS will self inspect while itis closed. All the indicator of overload or baitery will light and then blank out step by step. At last, the faceplate hasn't any indication and the UPS haven't any output voltage. ‘Suggestion: Please close the power of load facility before start the UPS machine; open the load power up to the UPS turn to the Inverter Mode. Please also close all power of load facility before close the UPS machine. aia 3. USE & OPERATION 3.2 RUNNING MODE 1. AC Power Mode ‘The detailed indication of AC Power Mode was showed as the below Picture 3-1. At this time,'the AC Power Indicator & Inverter Indicator will light; the Overload Indicator also light according to the connected overloads capacity. 1) If the Battery Indicator light and the AC Power Indicator blink, it ‘means the voltage and frequency of AC Power beyond the standard range, UPS working on the Battery Mode. PICTURE 3-1 AC POWER MODE 2) Ifthe Overload Indicator beyond 105%, it is remind you that the connected overload is too much, and the buzzer will sound each half-second, you should cut off the unnecessary overload step by step up to the overload of UPS less than 90%, Note: Ifthe UPS is connected wi Process: wStart the generator and then connect the output to the input terminal of UPS after enter into the stable situation (It must confirm the UPS is zero load at this time); And then press the start button to start the UPS and connect the overload step by step. ‘We advise the user select the generator capacity based on the twice of UPS capacity. the generator, please as per the below Si 3. USE & OPERATION 2.Battery Power Mode The detailed indication of Battery Power Mode was showed as the below picture 3-2. At this time, the Battery Indicator and Inverter Indicator will light, Ifthe input AC Power abnormal, the AC Power Indicator also blinks. The Battery Indicator will light according to the battery capacity. Kindly note: When on AC Power Mode, the Overload Indicator will indicate the battery capacity. 1) During the Battery Power Mode, the buzzer will buzzone time cach 4 seconds; at this time, if press the start button up to | second or more, the UPS will be no sound alarm; but if press the start key up to 1 second or more once again, the sound alarm function will recover. The user should quick make the overload operation and cut off the overload step by step. Ais 3. USE & OPERATIO! 3. USE & OPERATION 3.Bypass Mode The faceplate's indication of bypass mode was showed as the below picture 3-3. At this time, the indicator of mains supply & bypass will light: the indicator of overload will light according to the connected overload capacity. The UPS will buzz per two minutes, 1) Attthis time, if the indicator of mains supply is blinks, it's means the voltage or frequency of mains supply had beyond the permit range or the wrong connection of nul! line & battle line. 2) The others indication of faceplate are same as the descriptions of mains supply mode, 3) When the UPS worked in the bypass mode, it hasn't the backup function. At this time, the power supply of overload is obtained through the filter power system directly. The UPS always charge for battery when it is connected with the mains supply whether it was turn on or not; furthermore, the UPS also have the protect function of over-charge & over-discharge @ I's better to charge every 4-6 months if the UPS haven't use long time. @ The normal use life of battery is 3-5 years, it should replace the battery if found the battery not very good. It must be the major perton does this work. @ 11's not better to replace the battery separately.
