This partakes of a take home examination but still
students are expected to do this work individually. This is a timed
examination so you five (5) days to submit your answers by e-mail to

September 5, 2015. You are to submit the hard copy of your answers
on Saturday September 12, 2015 at 10:00 oclock in the morning at the
CJC Campus as the professor will meet the students.
1. Give five (5) State Policies found in the 1987 Constitution that
pertains to Labor and briefly explain each.

2. Give the provision that pertains to Labor found in Article XIII of the
1987 Constitution. Why is Labor part of Social Justice and Human
Rights?
