Its a nonatherosclerotic inflammatory disease, affecting small and medium sized
arteries an d veins, (not involved coronary arteries)

- Smoking history
- Onset before the age of 50 years
- Infrapopliteal arterial occlutions
- Either arm involvement or phlebitis migrans
- Absence of atherosclerotic risk factor other than smoking
Olin 2000
- Age <45 years
- Current or recents history of tobacco use
Exclution of autoimmune diseases hipercoagulable state and diabetic mellitus
Exclution of a proximal soure of emboli by achocardiography or arteriography

- claudication of the feet, legs, hands, arms (bias jalan tp skitar 10 langkah, dy
lelah, butuh istirahat, coz ada sumbatan pada pmbuluh darah/hipoksia pada
kakinya)

- ischemic pain at rest, ischemic ulcerations on toes, feet, finger
other sign n symptoms
numbness/tingling the limb
skin ulcerations
because of the likehood of involvement more than one limb, arteriogram of both
arms, legs even theres no clinical founding
histopathological (dx pasti)
HLA-B12 decrease
Temuan histopatologis ( pada fase akut), klo bukan fase akut, dia buka burgers
disease.

Tidak ada lab tes spesifik, namun direkomendasikan
Dl, gdp, elektrolit, fungsi hati

Prognosis:
Tidak ada sembuh untuk pasien burger, namun kita hanya menghambat
progresivitas penyakit, dan memaksimalkan supply daarah
