Mitchell Village Sidewalk Rehab:

HB Southern Builders LLC purposes to grind sidewalk trip hazards, replace concrete sidewalk, replace concrete curb,
replace concrete stoops and install concrete handicap ramp per the areas marked by Greystar Management.

Scope of Work:

Grind Concrete Sidewalks that Pose a Trip Hazard

Grind concrete surfaces to prevent tripping hazards. Process will meet ADA/504 standard LF 1765

Remove and Replace Concrete Sidewalk

Saw cut and remove broken or ungrindable concrete sidewalk. Dowel into existing concrete SF 2464
sidewalk. Install steel mesh and pour 3 1/2" of 3000 psi concrete. Broom finish.

Replace Sidewalk Curb

Replace sidewalk curb and properly mark with red paint LF 8

Replace Porch Stoops

Remove existing stoop. Dowel into building slab. Install #3 rebar 16" O.C. and pour 5 1/2" SF 168
of 3000 psi concrete. Broom finish

Handicap Ramp
Remove existing concrete. Replace with 5' x 10' handicap ramp to meet ada requirements SF 50

Permits:
HB Southern Builders will be responsible for any permits or fees.

Dumpsters:
HB Southern will provide dumpsters and will maintain debris removal throughout the day with a complete pickup of all
debris at the end of each work day.

Completion Schedule:
HB Southern will complete the project within 45 calendar days from start of construction.
**HB Southern cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather.

Exclusions:
Any work not described in the attached scope of work

Warranty:
1 year for all materials and workmanship

We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scope of work listed above in a
professional and timely manner with all work meeting city and state building codes for:
$55,411.95
Our bid price is guaranteed for 30 days. Work will be billed weekly as job progresses. Net 30
