I am becoming increasingly concerned about the veracity and/or accuracy of responses to

my Public Record Requests. On several occasions I have received a certification stating
"NO RECORDS FOUND" when I am quite certain there are records which are responsive
since I myself prepared the documents.

I then received an email stating in essence that the person or persons in charge had told
the secretary to tell me "oh yeah sorry there really were some and we will be letting you
know when they are ready"...and still nothing.

Several more of my requests have yet to be responded to at all.

Please advise.
