THE ILLUSTRATION OF ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE DEGREE ON THE

CONSUMERS OF SUPPLEMENT BEVERAGE ENERGIZED

Abstract
Modern society that is always active and working hard, resulting in more frequent
fatigue, decreased concentration, energy sources owned by the body decreases, increased
lactic acid, fluid and electrolyte balance disturbed. One of way that can be used to reduce
or eliminate the fatigue that is by consuming supplement beverage energized. The content
of caffeine and taurine found in supplement beverage energized, can affect liver
dysfunction if taken in excessive doses and in the long term. Impaired liver function due
to the energy content of the supplement beverage, characterized by blockage of a bile
duct enzyme is alkaline phosphatase.
The purpose of this study was to determine the illustration of alkaline phosphatase
degree on the consumers of supplement beverage energized.
Research of type is descriptive. The sample was serum from construction workers CV.
Synergy Partner rides that works projected construction of the University of
Muhammadiyah Semarang that consume supplement beverage energized with a total
sample of 26 people. Alkaline phosphatase examination methods used are DGKC, DFA
Buffer.
Research results of this study showed alkaline phosphatase degree on the consumers of
supplement beverage energized were examined based on the number of supplement
beverage consumed and based on the length of time consumed supplement beverage
energized, the result still shows the value of the levels of alkaline phosphatase in the limit
reference value / normal range is between 80-306 U / L (men) by the weighted average
118.93 U/L.
