Fill in IPNB, WBTS, WCEL new value needed base on latest

Provision RNW creation plan , click the green sign in Operation


( Right Above )
The status should be with green ticks otherwise please do the
troubleshoot

2. Verify the database created in OSS before


implementation
The RNP Engineer will check to ensure that
the sites prepared will be the same as the old
database. Any discrepancies will be sent to
the NIC Enginner to be corrected.

3. Alarm collection before


rehoming
Alarm collecting will be done before rehome activity. These
are necessary to capture any existing alarms before rehome
activity. This file will be needed for documentation

4. Implentation Rehoming
This work phase is moving the database to new RNC. The
process includes:
Locking the old site
Recom / Configure Flexy BTS using WBTS manager
Update Adjacencies
Unlock sites.

5. Verify database created in OSS


after impelementation
RNP Engineer will check all sites rehomed to the new RNC,
verify the database to ensure there is no discrepancies
compare to the old database.

6. Alarm collection after rehoming


Alarm collecting will be done after rehome activity.
These will capture all active alarms after rehome activity and
this file will be needed for documentation.
The pre and post alarm logs are compared to check for any
new NODE B/RNC alarms.
These are escalated accordingly.

7. Clean up old database


Delete RNW/ WBTS/ DCN and all children through RNC.
Delete Old site from Database using Network Editor.
