Dr. Edward Robert Kost, was named in the wrongful medical death complaint of veteran Felicia Murphy. The Department of Army settled the case prior to Dr. Kost’s departure from the Army. Although, the letter shown, expresses to Mr. Louis Murphy, the victim's husband, that an investigation was to take place into his deceased wife's death, Mr. Murphy stated no such investigation ever took place.
