Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sangat besar pengaruhnya dalam
kehidupan manusia. Teknologi sendiri dapat muncul dari ilmu pengetahuan
yang selalu berkembang dari zaman ke zaman. Namun pengaruh ilmu
teknologi dalam kehidupan akhlak manusia mempun yai dampak positif dan
negatif. Dampak positif dalam kehidupan manusia salah satunya adalah
semakin berkembangnya daya fikir individu dalam suatu bidang. Selain itu,
kemampuan individu dalam mencari informasi atau mengumpulkan data dapat
mereka dapatkan dengan cepat dan akurat melalui media yang berbasis
Teknologi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan teknologi di
MTs Nurul Hikmah, mengetahui akhlak peserta didik, serta membuktikan ada
tidaknya pengaruh perkembangan teknologi terhadap akhlak peserta didik.
Untuk memudahkan pemecahan masalah dirumuskan hipotesis penelitian ini
yaitu: Ada Pengaruh Perkembangan Teknologi Terhadap Akhlak Peserta
Didik Di MTs Nurul Hikmah.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis
Product Moment. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan
obsevasi, penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data
berupa angket yang disebar pada peserta didik, yang menjadi subyek dalam
penelitian ini adalah peserta didik MTs Nurul Hikmah dengan obyek 38 anak
yang tersebar pada kelas VII IX MTs Nurul Hikmah Wonorejo Dalegan
Panceng Gresik.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan
teknologi memperoleh nilai 1135 dibagi banyaknya responden menghasilkan
29,8. Berdasarkan nilai angka tersebut menunjukkan nilai baik. Data tentang
akhlak peserta didik memperoleh nilai 1126 dibagi banyaknya responden
menghasilkan 29,6, menunjukkan nilai naratif baik. Adapun analisis X dan Y
menghasilkan r-hitung 0,460 dan r-tabel pada taraf signifikasi 5% berdasarkan
jumlah responden 38 peserta didik sebesar 0,320. Harga ini ternyata lebih
besar dari r-tabel, dengan demikian terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan
antara variabel X dan variabel Y.

Science and technology have a great effect on human life. Technology
itself can arise from science is always evolving over time. However, the
influence of science and technology in the lives of human morals mempun yai
positive and negative impacts. The positive impact in people's lives one of
which is the growing power of individuals think in a field. In addition, the
ability of individuals to seek information or collect data they can get quickly
and accurately through media-based technology.
This study aims to determine the development of the technology at MTs
Nurul Hikmah, knowing morals learners, as well as prove the existence of the
influence of technological developments on the morals of students. To
facilitate troubleshooting formulated the hypothesis of this study is: "There
Influence of Technology Development of Students Against Morals In MTs
Nurul Hikmah".
This research is a quantitative approach to the analysis Product
Moment. Data collection techniques is done by observation, questionnaire and
documentation. Data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire that
was distributed to learners, who is the subject of this research is the students of
MTs Nurul Hikmah with 38 children scattered objects in class VII - IX MTs
Nurul Hikmah Wonorejo Dalegan Panceng, Gresik.
Results from this study can be concluded that the development of
technology gain value in 1135 divided by the number of respondents generate
29.8. Based on the number value indicates a good value. Data about morals
learners scored 1126 divided by the number of respondents generate 29.6,
showing the value of a good narrative. The analysis of X and Y produce rcount 0.460 and r-table on significance level of 5% based on the number of
respondents 38 learners at 0.320. This price was greater than r-table, so there is
a significant positive relationship between the variables X and Y.

Salah satu hal yang dapat memotivasi guru dalam
mengajar adalah besar kecilnya pendapatan yang diperoleh
dari hasil mengajar. Motivasi kerja guru berkenaan dengan
kesesuaian antara harapan dan imbalan yang diterima, guru
yang termotivasi dalam bekerja maka akan menimbulkan
kepuasan kerja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh
Pendapatan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMK Mambaul
Ihsan Banyuurip Ujungpangkah Gresik, serta membuktikan ada
tidaknya pengaruh Pendapatan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru.
Untuk memudahkan pemecahan masalah dirumuskan
hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu: Ada Pengaruh Pendapatan
Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMK Mambaul Ihsan
Banyuurip Ujungpangkah Gresik.

Analisis Product Moment. Teknik pengumpulan data yang
dilakukan adalah dengan obsevasi, dokumentasi, wawancara
dan penyebaran kuisioner. Instrumen pengumpulan data
berupa angket yang disebar pada guru, yang menjadi subyek
dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Mambaul Ihsan
Banyuurip Ujungpangkah Gresik. penelitian ini menggunakan
sampel nonprobability yang berjumlah 32 guru yang menjadi
objek penelitian
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi Hubungan
Pendapatan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMK Mambaul
Ihsan Banyuurip Ujungpangkah Gresik dengan nilai korelasi
sebesar 0,867. Arah hubungan adalah positif karena nilai r
positif, berarti semakin besar pendapatan yang diterima
seorang guru maka semakin besar pula semangat kerja dari
guru tersebut. Nilai regresi linier sebesar 9,420. Maka jika
dibandingkan antara t hitung dengan t tabel, t hitung > t
tabel. Adalah 9,420 > 2,042, ini membuktikan bahwa antara
variabel X terhadap variabel Y terjadi pengaruh dan nilai t
hitung adalah positif maka pengaruh yang di berikan variabel
X adalah pengaruh yang positif..

One of the things that can motivate teachers in teaching
is the size of the income obtained from the teaching. Work
motivation of teachers regarding the suitability between the
expectations and the consideration received, teachers are
motivated in their work will lead to job satisfaction.
This study aims to determine the effect of Revenue
Motivation Teachers Working in vocational Mamba'ul Ihsan
Banyuurip Ujungpangkah Gresik, and prove the existence of
the effect of income on Work Motivation Guru. To facilitate
troubleshooting formulated the hypothesis of this study is:
"There Revenue Effect Of Work Motivation Teachers in
vocational Mamba'ul Ihsan Banyuurip Ujungpangkah Gresik".
