Begin by jumping with both of your feet for 10 seconds. Then jump with your left feet for 10 seconds. Then jump with your right feet for 10 seconds.
Lie down on the ground flat stomach.
Then put your hands at distance that is slightly apart from your shoulders. Then place your feet straight just like a straight line. Then push up your body with the help of your arms. Then go back down by lowering your body to the ground by bending your arms. Repeat these six times or until the music has stop.
Bend foreword and touch the ground with both hands.
Then travel forward slowly by moving your hand and your feet at the same side together. (Example: right hand and right feet, then your left hand and left feet.) Then just make careful movements. Stop when the music has stop.
Bend well foreword, clasping your hands together to form a trunk.
The end of the trunk should swing close to the ground. Walk in a slow and careful manner keeping your legs straight. Then swing the trunk side to side.
Start by placing your feet together
and your arms at your side. Then jump with your legs wide open and your hands touching over your head. Then return back to your starting position with your feet together and your arms beside you. Do this until the music has stop.
Get together with a partner.
One partner will lie down on the ground. While the other partner will stand across with their feet alongside their partners chest. Both partners grab hands interlocking their fingers. The partner who is lying on the floor will pull up with their arms until their chests reaches their partners thighs. The body should remain straight with weight resting on the heels. Repeat the pull ups for three times. After one partner is done, the other partner follows the same steps.

With your partner hold hands with palms touching and fingers locked. Each partner should spread and extend the legs to touch soles of your partners feet. Stand back to back with feet shoulder- width apart. One partner will hold the ball with both hands in front of their abs. The partner holding the ball turns to the right and passes the ball to their partner. As the partner gets the ball, they will pass the ball to the left to their partner. Do the rotational twist until the music has stop.
