It gives me a great pleasure to extend to you all a very

warm welcome on this CY 2015 Road Engineers
Association of the Philippines Fellowship and to say how
grateful I am to all of you who have accepted the
invitation to convene tonight here in DPWH-Regional
Office X Conference Room.
It is an opportune time to renew contacts and discuss
problems of mutual interest with delegates from member
of the Region as well as the Induction of the set of New
Officers REAP-X for CY 2015-2016.
It is gratifying to note that our association still continues
our mission to develop and orient its members in the
science and practice of road engineering through
continuing education, research, and exchange of
experience and technology with local and international
organizations. Moreso in promoting and advancing the
science and practice of road engineering and related
professions.
In concluding, I wish us every success in our fellowship
and a pleasant evening. Again, a very warm welcome to
you all.
