The background of this research was consumer wants product with good quality and
also need product quickly on their hand, in this case relate to level of compan
y efficiency. Company must be maximize company efficiency by consider delivery c
ycle time to related to company performance production time, that is time that r
equired from production process until product referred to marketed and reach con
sumer hand.
The objectives of this research was to find out the influence Availability, Perf
ormance and Quality Ratio towards to Overall Equipment Effectiveness in Casting
Process.
Data collected by using company data. Before it used the validity and reliabilit
y of the data have tested; the result suggests that this data can be responsibil
ity because of the Company accreditation in ISO 9001.
The data analysis used in this research was the method which used to test Overal
l Equipment Effectiveness and for the analyze data with Multi Linier Regression.

The result of this research conclude that Availability, Performance and Quality
Ratio has an effect on to Overall Equipment Effectiveness on Casting Process.
