    INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF POSTERS

    Posters should be prepared in size A0 (1189 x 841 mm) and contain the following:

    Conference Logo <click here to download>


    Title of the work/poster
    Name of author(s)
    Affiliation(s)
    Contact address and e-mail

    Figures, maps, photographs should be included and clearly produced.

    Font type: Arial


    Minimum font size: 24-point

    Reminder:
    The deadline for submitting Posters (in electronic format) is 1st October 2014.
    Please note that you are required to print and bring the hard copy of your poster to the
    Conference Venue on 2nd February 2015 by 16:00 hrs.
