Confirm normal breathing and pulse present?

Is there electrical activity present?

What is the ventricular [QRS] rate: fast (>100) or slow (<40)

What is the ventricular [QRS] rhythm: regular or irregular?

Is the QRS complex width normal or prolonged (>0.12 sec/ 3 small squares)?

Is atrial activity present? (Is there a P wave?)

Is atrial activity related to ventricular activity and what is the relationship?
