1. Election of Officers
- Students in each year and department shall have their own set of officers before
proceeding for the final election of officers which will be held on July 3, 2015, Friday ,
1pm
2. Late and Tardiness of Teachers
- Faculty members were warned for being late for several times
- A faculty member is considered late when he/she goes beyond the 10 15 minutes
grace period.
3. Dress Code
- The official schedule for Wash Day is declared every Wednesday
- Students are allowed to wear civilian attire every Saturday
4. Condition of Aircons
- Mr. Ruel Orense and Mr. Deerick Danao noticed a small crack in the plug of the aircon in
Room 304 and must be fixed ASAP
- Teachers are obliged to turn off the aircons, fans and lights before leaving their
respective classrooms
5. I.D. and Uniforms of Students
- Students are now expected to wear their school uniforms
- Civilian attire is still allowed until next week
6. Parents Meeting
- Parents meeting will be held on July 11, 2015
- The Acquaintance Party and other events are expected to be discussed
7. Dance Competition and cheer dance
- Mr. Kim Clavecillas requested for the procedure and schedule for the Dance
Competition and cheer dance event
8. Acquaintance Party
- The official date for the Acquaintance Party will be on August 22, Saturday
- The desired theme for the event and majority of faculty members agreed to the motif:
Dinner at Tiffanys
