Provided support services for an on premise Lotus Notes to Office 365 migration for
+35,000 individual global users. Services included level 2 & 3 support for the entire Office
2013 suite. Support included onsite white glove support, individual remote support, root-
cause analysis, mobile device support, Active Directory changes, and pattern recognition.

-National Life Insurance Company
Provided remote support for a migration of +11,000 users from on-premise Lotus Notes or
Gmail to Microsofts Office 365 cloud. Assisted users with mobile activation; devices
included iPhone and BlackBerry. Mobility solution for Apple devices was provided through
AirWatch MDM.

-Publishing Company
On-premise exchange 2010 to Office 365 cloud migration for +2,000 users. Level 2 & 3
