AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, EPS, Mine 2-4D, MineSite, MineSched, and Excel
Work includes projects in Ukraine, Canada, Venezuela, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and USA,
supported by strong language skills, including English, Russian and Ukrainian.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Rubicon Minerals Corporation, Red Lake, Ontario, Canada

Proposed optimal solution for capital development of the project based on optimization of project schedule and
modification of ventilation approach compared with the base case recommended by SRK in PEA. The result was
a substantial reduction of capital development and a company savings of about $4M

Centerra Gold Inc., Toronto, Canada

Developed highly innovative and impactful new underground mining method, particularly suitable to undercutand-fill mining, allowing mining cost reduction of about 45% and partial replacement of cemented backfill
material with unconsolidated

Crystallex International Corporation, El Callao, Venezuela

Developed and implemented new procedures for open pit blasting practices at Tomi open pit project, increasing
production of open pit blasting by 300% and, as a result, overall pit production by 200%
Conducted thorough time study and identified bottlenecks, including: handling of explosives, dewatering blast
holes prior to loading, loading of blast holes, wiring procedure and blasting crew motivation
Implemented solutions, including: new procedure for handling of explosives based on spreadsheet calculation;
designed and manufactured blowpipe for quick blast holes dewatering prior to loading, new procedures for
blast holes loading and for wiring; developed special bonus to motivate blasting crew
