This integrated system with a High-Speed Batch Count XM-21
Feeder, Victory BatchDrop Accumulator, additional Batch
Count XM-1 Feeder, Adjustable Feeder Mounting Stands, and
Continuous Champion Flighted In-feed conveyor is perfect for
creating batch count packages of greeting cards, envelopes,
stationary, craft paper, scrap-book pages, or any other
product that needs to be counted and stacked.
Eliminate the need for operators to manually spear and
weigh or off-line count.
The BD-2 System can automatically deliver the batch-counted
sets into other automatic systems including banders and
wrappers.
Each module of this integrated system is completely modular
and can also be used offline or with other automated
systems.
This system is also available in different configurations that
allow for multiple batch counts and cover sheet placement.
