Despite the fact that physical education is neglected by most students, it

still do wonders for our lifestyle and plays an important part as an


compulsory subject at school . Not only does it help to improve our
physical fitness but it also teaches us many life skills and relax our
minds. According to numerous researches, children who are prone to
spend hours in sticking with high-tech objects like mobile phones ,
tablets and laptops are more likely to suffer from heart disease, which
can be caused by major factors such as : inactivy and highblood
pressure . Whats more , they are also at risk of encountering diseases
related to bone structures . On the other hands , children who have
regular physical activity is quite healthy and have very sturdy
skeletons. More importantly , quality physical education can influence
our moral developments , which means that students can have the
opportunity to assume leadership by cooperating with others and be
responsible for their own behaviors. In P.E. lessons , self discipline is
so necessary that we are taught to follow rules and established
procedures . Moreover, this subject instills a strong sense of selfconfidence and self-esteem in children .Being able to participate in
games and sports is an important part of fitting in and is a major force
in helping children socialize with their friends successfully . Last but
not least , physical education is a great solution to stress reduction
because it is an outlet for releasing tension and anxiety. Imagine that
you are in a bad mood , some outside activities will brighten your day
up ,maybe just a simple walk around surrounding places. All in all ,
physical education is indispensable for creating a healthy and active
lifestyle as well as the process of becoming mature of each adolescent.
The last two ideas are expressed understandably, the level of language
is upper-intermediate. However, there is repetition in some structures.
