policy?
Yes, every classroom got a special student chrome book for 22 units.
Classrooms also have projectors, smart boards which are available
students to use them. The computer lab is used by students in all the
grades.
Harmony School of Advancement has assured strategy in practice and
renewal procedure. If a student damaged chrome book and if it
necessities for repair and switched, the strategy set as lend an extra
computer to him or her by signing the amendment contract. 2
important rule when lending a computer device:
1. Students are not allowed device take home with. Chrome books are
only for in-school use.
2. theft/vandalism insurance are not carried out for lending devices.
It is optional, student should paid for additional insurance.
Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for using
technology to improve teaching and learning. Describe how these goals align to
the LEA's curricular goals that are supported by other plans. Describe how the
LEA's budget (LCAP) supports these goals, and whether future funding
proposals or partnerships may be needed for successful implementation.
1. What are the LEAs curriculum goals and plans for assisting students
to meet technology literacy and information skills?
2. What LEA adopted curriculum supports the acquisition of

technology and information literacy skills?

Curriculum goals and plans are provided by department head at the head quarter
and are applied in technology classes at Advancement. The crucial goal is to
gain all student technologically educated and extended required skills for
professional jobs.
Teachers are going to be able to use technology applications to their teaching
accomplishments. Chromebooks will be used Laboratories by Science and Math
teachers students project. Students and Teachers involve their computers for
their projects. By the way learners are going to contact into Computers
Laboratory devices. All admins are going to take in consideration machinery at
the works like stuff assessment, teacher conferences, e-mail, and also in their
course. LEAs Budget Info of schools will apply the nationwide funding to run
equipment into departments.
Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, to address
Internet Safety and the appropriate and ethical use of technology in the

including but not limited to social networking and instant
messaging?
HSS will be using Firewall to make sure school web connection is allowed as of
outbreaks, display the internet circulation meanwhile some teachers computers
admins computers lab computers and chrome books.
Each student in HS Advancement prearranged email from school domain which
is some like abcd@harmonytx.org. Students can send email to their teachers
including assignments and can communicating with peers through this account.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPONENT
The Plan must have a professional development strategy to ensure that staff
understands how to use these new technologies to improve education services
(Answer at least 2 questions for each subsection below)

Summary of the teachers' and administrators' current technology proficiency and

integration skills and needs for professional development.

1- How does your LEA regularly assess teachers ability to utilize

technology in a standards-based curriculum?
2- What do teachers and administrators consider as their needs for
professional development?

HPS expect admins to perform the instructional and technology front-runners.

The principals design them putting into practice previously questioning teachers
to use the new technology or instructional programs. HS Advancement provide
professional development to staff to make sure the new implementation is
effective. Admins think through the necessity of technology workshop and
understudy distributions for those workshops while salaried on school budget.
Depending on the reviews from the stuffs and admins, that is indicated hhich is
the important requirement aimed at qualified progress grounded on tools is to
educate them about how handle application assigned by head quarter, the
educational submissions presented by google on chrome books.
Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for providing
professional development opportunities based on your LEA needs assessment
data and the Curriculum Component of the plan.
1- What professional learning will be available so teachers and
administrators can make informed decisions using data to meet
individual student academic needs?
2- What professional learning will be available so teachers and
administrators can effectively use technology to assist with student
assessment?
Stuff should approve a methodical procedure for using data to bring signal to
allow on their instructional choices and recover their skill to encounter
students learning requirements. The process of using data to improve
instruction can be assumed as recurring. It contains a stage for gathering and
arranging data for student learning from different sources including classroom
assessment data.
Time spent explaining assessment tools for analyzing feedback is crucial for
students to comprehend their accomplishment. Therefore, it must be neutral
part of the teaching action. Integrating phase for learners exploration of their
records into predictable laboratory events let them grow the pattern as
education regarding response, make them more self-regulating as yearly
improvements. Aiding students to understand valuation tools and examine
feedback also sets them at the forerunner of the schools values of

documents usage.
INFRASTRUCTURE, HARDWARE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SOFTWARE, AND
ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPONENT CRITERIA
The Plan must include an assessment of the telecommunication services,
hardware, software, asset management, and other services that will be needed to
improve education services.
(Answer at least 2 questions for each subsection below)

Describe the existing hardware, Internet access, electronic learning resources,

technical support, and asset management already in the LEA that will be used to
support the Curriculum and Professional Development Components of the plan.
1- Is the current Internet service provider/Wide Area Network
Connection speeds able to meet the LEAs needs?
2- Do all staff members have e-mail accounts? Do students have
access to email?
Yes, ruckus system already installed in school internet network and it is adequate
speed for staff goals. By the way it able to meet regarding requirements of LEA..
All staff member have an email accounts that given by it department. Students
can access to own emails throug their chrome books.
Describe the technology hardware, electronic learning resources, networking and
telecommunications infrastructure, physical plant modifications, technical
support, and asset management needed by the LEA's teachers, students, and
administrators to support the activities in the Curriculum and Professional
Development components of the plan.
1- Where will the technology be placed (WI-FI System) to effectively
support the Curriculum and Professional Development components
(mobile labs, classrooms, handheld technologies, etc)?
2- Can existing equipment be modified to meet certain needs identified
in the plan?
Technology will be located all the HHS property. Many of the things which we
thoughtful and will cover the curriculum and professional development
componentsare older thanare are replacing the laptops of all stuf with better one,
substituting projector machines which older than 2 year old, acquiring smard board
for labtops in math and science classes.

Chrome books must be upgraded with new one because of battery life and
breakability issues. Clear care must be fitted for all users chrome books for
dynamic observing and harmless web surfing.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION COMPONENT

The plan must include an evaluation process that enables the school to monitor
progress toward the specific goals and make mid-course corrections in response
to new developments and opportunities as they arise.
(Answer at least 2 questions for each subsection below)

Describe the process for evaluating the plan's overall progress and impact on
teaching and learning.
1. How will the LEA know whether implementation of this plan has made a positive
impact on teaching and learning?
2. Describe the process for collecting and analyzing data.
The best signal of this is to chec student test scores both in campus-tests and state
tests. By matching the scores from the year before the plan and after the plan, we would
can see if plan had made a optimistic influence.
Teachers use of the purchased software and having their student use it will be equated.
And also teachers are demanded to reflect their like or dislikes to the department head
or trainers till end of the year so that they can be analyzing data.
