OBJECTIVES:
To control body movements while moving through the challenge course.
To perform a variety of locomotor movements in a rhythmic setting.
To understand the difference between compliance and noncompliance of rules

PART 1: INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITY (2-3 mins):
Activity
High fives- students move in different directions
throughout the area. On my whistle, find the
person nearest to you and jump and give a highfive of my choice. (swing, low, under leg,
roundhouse, etc)
PART 2: FITNESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY (8-12 mins):

Activity
Addition tag:
Two or more couples are it and each stands with
inside hands joined. These are the taggers. The
rest of the class runs individually. The couples
move around the area, trying to tag with free
hands. The first person joins the couple, making a
group of tree. The three joins to a fourth and then
they divide into two. A tag is legal if only hands
keep joined
