The plan should guide the LEAs use of education technology for the next three years.

We noticed that technology plan is significant for our school. We have to improve our technology plan and
we need to provide our students with the best possible education with the new technology.

The committee gathers information about how educational technology can enhance instruction,
evaluates that information, and makes recommendations to the IT Governance Executive Committee.
Describe the connection between the research and the plans goals
School districts recommendations required budgetary expenditures or not to the districts central office.
Explore and apply to grant opportunities related to technology needs. Encourage and support professional
development and training for all staff.
Describe information gathered from site visits, including best practices.
Department head is one of the responsible person for visiting to another district schools and they get
different and useful information for school technology plan. They do share their agenda with the teachers
and administrators .it is a big support for new technology plan to share their ideas with the others.
CURRICULUM COMPONENT CRITERIA.
The Plan must establish clear goals and realistic strategy for using telecommunications and information
technology to improve education services.

Describe teachers' current access to instructional technology and current use of digital tools.
1. What technology is currently available to all teachers?
Computers, IPads, Digital Cameras, projectors, smart boards, and IPhones are currently available to all
teachers.
2. How are hardware and software currently being used in classrooms at each grade level and in each
content area?
All Students can use hardware and software every single day for their class and their homework, classwork
etc. Each grade level can use computers, digital camera, IPad, IPhone. IPad and Android device
accessibility promotes learning anywhere, anytime for school districts.
They use STEM for science class, they use ALEKS for their math class, and they do use different Reading
program for pre-K through 6th grade students.

Describe students' current access to instructional technology and current use of digital tools. Include a
description about the LEA policy, practices, and/or replacement policy that ensures equitable technology
access for all students.
1. Is technology currently available to all students? Yes, technology is currently available to all students.
All students can use computers, IPads, IPhones, projectors, Digital cameras in their classrooms. All
students have the same opportunity to use of technology tools.

2. Do all student groups have equal and appropriate access to the available technology?
All learners will have access to technology that allows them to interaction with a variety of information and
multimedia. All students can access to technology and they have equal access to technology. School district
and teachers provide all technology tools for all students.

Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for using technology to improve
teaching and learning. Describe how these goals align to the LEA's curricular goals that are supported by
other plans. Describe how the LEA's budget (LCAP) supports these goals, and whether future funding
proposals or partnerships may be needed for successful implementation.

How will technology be used to create more powerful learning experiences to improve student
academic achievement?

All teachers can use technology applications into their classroom for learning activities. Teachers
and students can use computers for their class activities. All students will be able to access to
Computer Lab computers and educational applications. Teachers facilitate student learning and also
design learning experiences. Teachers promote and engage in professional growth and leadership.
Students demonstrate creativity and innovation using technology. Students collaborate and
communicate using technology. Students can research and gather information using technology.
Students engage in inquiry, project, and problem-based learning. Students can improve their
knowledge with use of technology.
2. What are the LEAs curriculum goals and plans for assisting students to meet technology literacy and
information skills?
Effective technology integration is achieved when the use of technology is routine and transparent and
when technology supports curricular goals so our school district provide all students need and they support
them for better education.

Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, to address Internet Safety and the
appropriate and ethical use of technology in the classroom.
1. What LEA board policies will be or have been developed to implement Internet safety instruction?
The school District have all Internet safety policies and technology protection measures comply with
the provisions of the Childrens Internet Protection Act (CIPA), as amended. Accordingly, the District shall
take all actions necessary and appropriate to implement and enforce the following policies with respect to
student access to and use of the Internet through the Districts computer network, and in accordance with
the Districts Student Code of Conduct.
2. What materials will be used to instruct students about Internet safety, including how to use technologies
to protect themselves and their privacy online?
All student users and student parents are advised that access to the electronic network, including the
Internet and World Wide Web, may include the potential for access to materials inappropriate for schoolaged pupils. Every user must take responsibility for his or her use of the computer network and Internet,
and must not access these sites

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPONENT


The Plan must have a professional development strategy to ensure that staff understands how to use these
new technologies to improve education services

Summary of the teachers' and administrators' current technology proficiency and integration skills and
needs for professional development.
1.

Do teachers have the classroom management strategies to work with the amount of technology
actually available in the classrooms?
Yes, they do have the classroom management strategies. All students are actively learning or
creating to meet certain goals or objectives, the key with technology is making sure that technology use is
organized, and that ready to use it. Teachers walk through classrooms to ensure that all technology pieces
are working effectively and efficiently, they notice the way classroom management is happening.

What do teachers and administrators consider as their needs for professional development?
Professional development is significant issue for school districts. Professional Development can be
a top priority for the success of all learners. Professional development must be integrated with all grade

levels. And also it must be ongoing due to the simultaneous learning of how to use technology, the
integration of technology in instruction, and the continual emergence of new and improved technologies
and practices. All staff members will be held accountable for professional learning within a Professional
development structure that engages, encourages all learners.

Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for providing professional development
opportunities based on your LEA needs assessment data and the Curriculum Component of the plan.
1. What professional learning will be available so teachers and administrators can make informed decisions
using data to meet individual student academic needs?
The school districts organize meetings with the central office to check into data and make sure that using
data to meet all student academic needs.

2. What professional learning will be available so teachers and administrators can effectively use
technology to assist with student assessment?
All student assessment is going well. Teachers and administrators provide all professional learning
system for learners. Teachers provide training for all learners for their education, schools generally provide
professional development for teachers and focus instead on professional learning to improve students
education.

INFRASTRUCTURE, HARDWARE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SOFTWARE, AND ASSET


MANAGEMENT COMPONENT CRITERIA
The Plan must include an assessment of the telecommunication services, hardware, software, asset
management, and other services that will be needed to improve education services.

Describe the existing hardware, Internet access, electronic learning resources, technical support, and asset
management already in the LEA that will be used to support the Curriculum and Professional Development
Components of the plan?

1 What technologies are available to facilitate home/school communication such as email, web pages, and
voice mail?

The school district use email and web page for communication. Parents and students can follow all
coming events.
2. What technology access do parents have at home? What technologies do parents prefer for home/school
communication?
Parents always prefer email and webpage. They love to check the school website and also they are able
to send email to teachers and administrators for any problem.

Describe the technology hardware, electronic learning resources, networking and telecommunications
infrastructure, physical plant modifications, technical support, and asset management needed by the LEA's
teachers, students, and administrators to support the activities in the Curriculum and Professional
Development components of the plan.
1. What technology is needed to implement the Curriculum and Professional Development components for
students and staff?
Teachers and students need to have laptop and IPad for their class and they need to access anytime and
anywhere for their better education and in case of emergency.
2. Can existing equipment be modified to meet certain needs identified in the plan?
IT manager needs to fix all internet access problem school district needs to support and find the good
way to solve the problem about technology and they should support for all student with new technology
plan.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION COMPONENT
The plan must include an evaluation process that enables the school to monitor progress toward the specific
goals and make mid-course corrections in response to new developments and opportunities as they arise.

Describe the process for evaluating the plan's overall progress and impact on teaching and learning.
1. Who will participate in the monitoring and evaluation process?
Administrators and staff can monitor and evaluate all process and sent to all information to the
responsible people.

2.What criteria will be used to measure success (e.g., test scores, student portfolios, percentage of students
attaining grade-level content standards, attendance, dropout rate, matriculation to college, or full-time
employment)?
Our school district always checking all students test result and grades. Administrators and teachers are
coming together and they are talking about all test results and they are able to talk about how can they
decrease students test result and grades and how can they provide better education for all students success.

Describe the schedule for evaluating the effect of plan implementation, including a description of the
process and frequency of communicating evaluation results to tech plan stakeholders.
1. How often will data be collected and summarized? Who is responsible?
IT manager is the responsible person for Data Collection and collecting data every single year.
2.

How often will the status of plan implementation be reported to the LEA superintendent and the
stakeholders?
They are reporting to the superintendent and the stakeholders every single school year.
