Personnel and Operational Administration Manager

I have been in the Marine Corps for over twelve years, nearly all of which I served in supervisory and
training positions ranging from direct supervision of small teams to management of 300 people. In
these positions I have gained formal training and hands on experience in team management,
mentoring, instruction, communication and administration.
I have also been working on cars/ trucks and small engines for over 15 years, doing all varieties of
diagnostic and repairs from tune ups, oil changes and brake jobs to replacing transmissions, clutch
and engines.
