Asma PDP Goal 1

PGP Goal 1
I will increase my ability to create high and low worksheets depend on
students level of learning.
Objectives (Justification):
I aim to become better in this area because:
1. Differentiation is helping the students to acquire new information
in better ways
2. If the all students get a same worksheet, their learning level will
not improve
3. Develop students understanding
4. Develop students achievement during the lesson
5. Create a strong lesson plan, which care about a student's level in
each step of the lesson
6. According to Kostelnik, M., Soderman, A., & Whiren, A., planning
and preparation for lessons are very important for the teachers
and the learners. Because, planning is helping teachers to
organize lesson steps, actions, care about learning styles of
students, care about a students level in each step of the lesson,
prepare all equipment and materials of lesson successfully
(Kostelnik, M., Soderman, A., & Whiren, A., 2011, P.71).
7. According to Kyriacou, teacher selects outcome and organizes
the lesson content depend on the students' gender, students'
level and the best way to help all students understand the lesson
(Kyriacou, 2007, P.21-22).
Competency areas
1. Planning for learning: Presents lesson plans in accordance with
curriculum requirements, lesson needs and students level to
achieve effective teaching strategies in the classroom.
2. Implementing and Managing Learning: Teacher language should
be suitable for students level of understanding and creating
different worksheets depend on students level in learning.
Implementations Strategies
In the first week, I will notice the students learning level

1. During the second week, I will noticed my students level of


understanding, and divide students in the classroom depend on
level, such as students who sit on the right side, is the students
who have low levels, and students who sit on the left side, who
have high level.
2. Make sure that none of these students know that they are divide
it in the classroom related to their level in learning.
3. In the fifth week, I will notice students grades through move up
one grade at the end of my teaching practice, after I created
different worksheet in my lesson, to show me that my learners
are learned and understand new information in a successful way.

Description:
In this picture, there are two kind of
worksheet. The right worksheet was for
student, who has low level, in learning.
On the other hand, the left worksheet,
was for the student who has a high
level in learning.

Justification:

I created two kind of worksheet depend on student learning, because I


would like to help all learners in the classroom to learn and move one
level up in their learning. In this way, I noticed how my learners had a
clear development of their learning in the classroom by had a higher
marks in their quizzes.
