PROTECTION and CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This Protection and Confidentiality Agreement is made this day, Dec 10, 2015, by and
between Single Owner ROYAL, K.681-M1, (Emperor Mission, UN-GSE TRUST) having
its principal offices located at Jl. Sultan Agung Tirtayasa, Griya Caraka K1-4 No. 24 Cirebon,
Indonesia 45152, and H.E. Mr. Werner Katzbeck Great Minister of Agriculture, Food and
Forestry for European Continent.
WHEREAS, Single Owner ROYAL, K.681-M1 wishes to provide respected Appointee
with certain confidential and proprietary information of Emperor Mission, UN-GSE TRUST;
THEREFORE, in consideration of trust care and protecting the honor between the
mutual promises made herein, the parties agree as follows:
1.
Herein, Confidential Information means, internal ministry data, reports,
records, proprietary technology, information not yet made public, and all sensitive information
shared by Emperor Mission, UN-GSE TRUST and which Emperor Mission, UN-GSE TRUST or
any of its directors or officers, provides to Appointee.
2.
Appointee agrees that Confidential Information shall not be used for any purpose
other than Emperor Mission UN-GSE TRUST objectives as defined in the Universal Grand
Design Divine Plan referenced in Welcome to the Dynasty source document.
3.
Appointee may disclose Confidential Information to UN-GSE TRUST
Representatives who have agreed to the UN-GSE TRUST Codes of Conduct and internal
directives.

Appointee shall not disclose said Confidential Information to the general public,
third parties, or others without the expressed written consent of Emperor Mission, UN-GSE
TRUST officers or directors.
5.
Appointee shall be held responsible for any breach of this Agreement per the
Codes of Conduct. Appointee agrees to protect and have others keep inviolable all Confidential
Information furnished by Emperor Mission, UN-GSE TRUST.
