Team Procedures
1.

Day, time, and place for regular team meetings:

Meeting days will be on Mondays from 11 to 1 oclock.

other group members.

4. Method for setting and following meeting agendas (Who will set each agenda? When? How
will team members be notified/reminded? Who will be responsible for the team following the
agenda during a team meeting? What will be done to keep the team on track during a
meeting?):

An email will be sent a day earlier to remind each other of the time and location.

5. Method of record keeping (Who will be responsible for recording & disseminating minutes?
How & when will the minutes be disseminated? Where will all agendas & minutes be kept?):

Team Manager should be responsible for record keeping and disseminating minutes. When the
group gathers on Mondays the time will be disseminated. All record keeping shall be recorded
in the team managers agenda.

Team Expectations
Work Quality
1. Project standards (What is a realistic level of quality for team presentations, collaborative
writing, individual research, preparation of drafts, peer reviews, etc.?):
Presentation must have a pleasant communication with the directed viewers.
Collaborative writing should be written as a group not individually.
Individual research must be unique and apparent compared to other group members research.
Drafts should all be edited professionally for perfection.
Peer reviews will help correct mistakes and give out a comments for better perfection.

Strategies to fulfill these standards:

Members must practice for the day of presentation.


Members must write out their ideas, opinions, statements, etc. to understand the topic.
Members must research in books, internet, articles, etc.
Members must edit drafts by reading each others.
Members should comment on the negative and positive of the presentation and encourage the
team.

Making roles for each team member .

Be open-minded about the topic, statement, or ideal.

Members must check up and help each other.

Consequences for Failing to Follow Procedures & Fulfill Expectations


1. Describe, as a group, you would handle infractions of any of the obligations of this team
contract:
If a team member doesnt fulfill the expectations he should not be permitted a grade.

If it continues, member should be kicked out of the team.
