Autotronics

(One Credit Course)

Objective:
This course is formed such a way to understand the fundamentals and control of automobile using
electronic equipments.

Syllabus:
Types of sensors sensors for speed, throttle position, exhaust oxygen level, manifold
pressure, crankshaft position, coolant temperature, exhaust temperature, air mass flow for
engine application. Solenoids, stepper motors and relay.
Electronic fuel injection systems, electronic ignition system and electronic spark timing
control. Automatic transmission system, electronic steering system, antitheft technologies,
adaptive cruise control, adaptive noise control and ABS.
