Robinson's struggle of being on the team. The book told the readers of how it was

him. Jackie had to fight for himself and prove African Americans can play
baseball.

American to play American Baseball. Stout provided to the readers a lot of

provided each year and each game of multiple seasons in this novel.

they became a team and until the time now. Richard provided a lot of information
about Jackie Robinson of how he played, his batting, positions, family, and
lifestyle.
