Student Final Summary with Strategies for Continued Growth

For my final summary with strategies for continued growth in my clinical practice i will be doing this by a SMART goal strategy.
S-A goal that i can work on for continued growth is to work on my communication techniques with each client and working with their unique needs>
M- this goal can be measurable by practicing my communicating techniques on hypothetical patients to practice. This is measurable because i can do
this anywhere at anytime.
A- I can achieve this goal by practicing my communicating techniques on my friends and family and they can provide me feedback with how i am
doing and how they feel that my communication techniques come off as.
R- This is a realistic goal because i can practice this on anybody, and it will benefit my future clinical practice in the hospital setting
T- I can do this in a timely manner because it does not matter on the time. As long as i know how to communicate with different clients across the
lifespan (infant, child/toddler, adult, senior)

Teacher Final Summary with Strategies for Continued Growth

Mid-term Skill Test: Sat Neurological Assessment test: Sat (94.4%)
Again, I would have liked to see you research/reference your responses for your evaluation. You should be providing concrete examples for all the
competencies rather than just agreeing that you do meeting them. In your next semesters, use this template weekly and write down examples of how
you have met the competencies so you will have an easier time of it when you have to submit. I'm glad you tried to create a learning plan. You have
received more guidance on how to tweak this in Thursday's class as it is not specific enough. I would suggest adding the goal of learning about
conflict management strategies. You have been otherwise progressing well and I wish you continued success in your studies, Derek!
