Observations: Major reasons identified from OSS stats
1.

Traffic imbalance between U900 & U2100. Impacting U2100 SU utilization >=100%

Points to be noted:
Settings may further degraded the KPI if implemented n interfered environment
Post these settings U900 base band utilization increased by ~~20%. Settings are preferable if the current U900 utilization at <= 65%
ADJIQ0oOffset2 tuning need to be considered where U900 utilization is in between 65% to 75%
