The willingness to exert high levels of effort to reach


organizational goals, conditioned by the effort’s ability
to satisfy some individual need
• Motivation acts as fuel. As a motor can't run
without fuel, workers in an organisation need
motivation as such to achieve their goals. A
positive motivation always work no matter it's an
organisation or a personal life.
• To maximize the performance of the individual in
the organization yielding MAX PROFIT to the
ORGANIZATION.

contribution, more profitable and successful is the
business.
• During period of amendments, there will be more
adaptability and creativity.
