    Prayerful Greetings!
    In behalf of my father __________________ , 46 years
    old, , suffering from
    _______________ in which affects his kidney, that made him undergo DIALYSIS. He
    was recently discharged from the hospital of said findings since __________, 2011.
    Considering the Medical Expenses incurred, I am asking for financial help especially
    in his scheduled Hemodialysis for 132 sessions, which is ______________ a week
    to be held at ______________ . In every session it will cost P 1,800. His weekly
    sessions would cost Php 5,400.00.
    As his son, I really tried my best to assist my fathers life, honestly speaking,
    whatever property we had acquired was already exhausted, that is why I did not
    hesitate asking assistance from your firm. I am financially distress WHAT and
    WHERE to go next, if he needs to be hospitalized again.
    Your humanitarian consideration is highly appreciated on this regard.
