ORDER:
A Committee with the following Principal Secretaries to Government is
constituted to submit a report on the shifting of the offices of Heads of Departments
from Hyderabad to geographical jurisdiction of State of Andhra Pradesh.
1.

The Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department (PFS)

2.

The Principal Secretary to Government, TR & B Department.

3.

The Principal Secretary to Government, MA&U.D. Department Convenor.

The Committee shall examine the following issues and submit its report in the
matter.
1) Heads of Departments, whose offices have to be shifted from
Hyderabad on priority.
2) Place/places where the Heads of Department offices are to be
located.
3) Quantum of Office space/accommodation required and rental etc., to
be decided.
4) Other issues like accommodation needed for officials/employees who
are likely to moved to the places where Heads of Department are
shifted and the prevailing rates of house rents there.
5) Time frame for shifting the Heads of Department offices.
6) Any other issues.

The Committee shall submit a report to Government within a fortnight.
