1. PURPOSE
This are instructions for WBTS Swapout of existing Supreme Ultrasite Node B to Flexi
WCDMA Base
Station. This documents is for swap out procedures in RNC side.

3. PROCEDURES
Below are the procedures of the activity:

3.1 Pre Checking

Pre Checking before Swap

Completed

Verify Status of site.

Verify status of OAM Status of site. Ping AXC and WBTS
Ping FE IP for IP Node B Site
Check Alarms

3.2 Swap Out Proper

Swap out proper from Ultra to Flexi
Lock all cells of site
Delete COCO / IPNB Identifier of Site
Create COCO / IPNB ID of site (See 3.2.1, 3.2.2)
Check that status of site is BL (U)
Ping FE IP (for IPNB)
Unlock all cells
