The main complaint

: Pruritus, small nodules in whole body

The history of present illness

: There small nodules since two months ago.
There are between fingers, wrist, neck, abdomen, the right and left leg. Patient
feel itchy at night.

Patient present with complain of itching and there are small nodules in the
between fingers, wrist, neck, and leg. Moreover the patient complained of itching
at night. The firs of the fingers and then diffuse in neck, abdomen and leg. He
lived with his brother. And his brother came from the cottage and have
experienced the same pain but had recovered. His mother say at home often
with soap and towel together with his cousin.
Physical examination found in between finger, wrist, hand, neck, abdomen and
toes are papule(+), vesicles, crusting, erotion, ekskoriation.

Non pharmachology
1. Treatment : should be regulary and satisfying the prescribed length of
treatment
2. Overall treatment : patient and families who are infected
3. Patient clothing should be soaked and washed in hot water for 15 minutes
4. Boost to personal hygiene and the environment
5. Avoiding direct contact with patient object.
