COMES NOW THE STATE OF TEXAS, by and through her Assistant District Atorney,
Justin Lord, and requests the Court to hold defendant's bond insufficient and for cause would show
as follow:
Defendant is currently indicted for the felony offenses of Murder and Aggravated assault. On
January 13, 2016 defendant posted bond and was released from the Dallas County Jail,
On February 11, 2016, Defendant was arrested in Rockwall, Texas for the offenses of
criminal mischief and failure to ID giving a fictitious name. The Rockwall County Sheriff's Office
arrest report is attached hereto.
Based on the Defendant committing new offenses against the laws of the State of Texas, the
current bond is insufficient.
WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is respectfully requested that the Court hold
the bond insufficient.

NARRATIVE:
Teeved a Taio Gapaich cal to 2701 Sunset Ridge Dr (Trend Tower) in reference toa Hispanic male rat had
entered the building and had begun to knock over vases, breaking them.
Upon arrival, | observed Anthony Paz Torres (H/M, 2/12/85) sitting on the ground in handcuffs. | approached Mr.
Torres who advised that he broke the vases in the lobby because he was tired of the ‘rch oppressing the poor" in our
country. Several witnesses that were located inside the lobby at the time ofthe incident were able to identify Mr. Torres as
the suspect. Mr Torres intentionally damaged the tangible property of the owner and did not have permission to do so.
While Mr. Torres was being detained, he was asked to provide his name and birthday. Mr. Torres gave officers the |
name “Ariel Abraham, 2/12/85". Iran Mr. “Abraham” through police dispatch. Dispatch advised they were unable to find a
return on this name. Mr. Torres intentionally gave a fictitious name to hinder officers who had lawfully detained him for a
criminal offense.
Officer Figuerora spoke to the owners of the damaged items who advised the property damaged was valued at
approximately $800, causing the criminal mischief to be a MA amount.
Mr. Torres was arrested, transported and booked into the Rockwall County Jail on the listed charges.

Based upon the following facts and circumstances:I received a radio dispatch call to 2701
